If you are visiting us in a wheelchair we have two accessible spaces towards the front of our auditorium (seats F2 or E18). Additionally, should you need a PA/carer in order to visit us, we will offer them the accompanying seat (F3 or E17) free of charge!
We have a bluetooth hearing loop system in place in the theatre. Please ask a member of our Front of House team upon your arrival should you require a headset.
Doors usually open half an hour before the show start time. We recommend arriving around this time as it ensures plenty of time for you to hang your coats in the cloakroom, get a drink at our bar, visit the restroom, find your seats and get comfortable before the performance begins.
Yes – we have a cloakroom in the ladies toilets. It is unattended and any items left are done so at your own risk.
You can collect your pre-paid tickets on arrival, at the coffee bar. You will need to state the name the tickets are booked under and confirm your post-code in order to receive your tickets.
If you are collecting pre-paid tickets on a date different from that of the performance you can do say at any time during box-office opening hours. To find out when our box office is open, click here.
Don’t panic, our team member at the Box Office will be happy to re-print your ticket/s on your arrival.
We have recently partnered with The Iron House on St John Maddermarket, which is just a two minute walk from the theatre. This partnership entitles Maddermarket theatre goers to a generous 20% off their food and drinks bill when dining before a show. Tickets must be shown as proof on payment of the bill. Additionally we highly recommend booking a table as soon as you have your tickets should you wish to take advantage of this offer, to avoid disappointment (click here to do so).
We do not currently accept Theatre Tokens. We do however have our own vouchers which you can purchase as a gift. Please give our box office a call on 01603 620917, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you in your purchase.
