Liqueur: a tribute to The Cure

Formed 15+ years ago by members of various Norwich bands, Liqueur set the bar high in wanting to recreate the sound of The Cure in their prime. A decade and a half down the line with numerous tours and festival appearances under their belt, and such comments as ‘They sound more like The Cure than The Cure!’ Liqueur go from strength to strength, even being name checked by the main man himself.

To celebrate their 15th anniversary, Liqueur will be making a rare appearance in Norwich and with the support of The Maddermarket Theatre, this will be something special for all The Cure fans. From pop masterpieces such as Boys Don’t Cry and Just like Heaven, to atmospheric deep cuts from albums such as Disintegration and Seventeen Seconds, there will be something for everyone.

Opening the show will be Norwich duo Discord and Rhyme covering all you favourite 80’s bangers.

A night of big hair and big sound awaits.
